    Hi! I’m Megan, an Essex-born but Manchester-based photographer, creative director, and educator with over a decade of experience in the photography and media industry. My career has taken me from high-profile fashion brands to creative content studios, shaping my visual storytelling, branding, and content creation expertise.

    I’ve worked with major brands, led creative teams, and mentored the next generation of photographers, all while building a reputation for innovation and excellence. Now, with The Space MCR, I aim to create a hub where brands, photographers, videographers, and content creators can bring their visions to life.

Our studio is designed with photographers, videographers, and creatives in mind. Featuring a seamless infinity cove, professional lighting, and a curated selection of industry-standard equipment, this space is ideal for fashion shoots, product photography, portrait sessions, and content creation.

The Lounge is more than just a reception area, it’s a comfortable and flexible space designed for networking, meetings, and creative workshops. With a mix of armchairs, tables, and chairs, it’s ideal for casual work sessions, brainstorming, or hosting small group events.

  • We cater to a wide range of bookings, including photography and video shoots, workshops, small events, pop-up exhibitions, and creative meetings. If you have a specific request, feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs!

  • We are open 8am - 8pm Monday through Sunday, with extended hours and night shoots available upon request. 

  • Yes! We encourage potential clients to visit the studio for a tour before making a booking. Please reach out to us to schedule a visit.

  • Yes, we have on-site parking available for all size vehicles. We also recommend public transport options as we are easily accessible by bus, tram, and train.

  • Yes, we offer additional services such as equipment rentals, on-site technical support, set design assistance, photography and post-production services.

    Let us know if you require any of these services, and we’ll tailor our offerings to your project.

  • Your booking includes use of the studio and lounge, textured walls, the seasonal feature wall, paper backdrops, and all chairs within the space.

    Lighting can be added for a flat £10 per booking, and props (including vintage TVs, fabrics and the disco ball) are available for a flat £20 per booking.

    Both are optional and charged once per booking, not per hour or per item.
